Protect your vehicle’s floor pan, wheel arches, and chassis from flying gravel, aggressive moisture, canal road mud, and road salt corrosion. Applied using genuine European HB BODY Pro Series U100 HYD Stone Chip—a specialized 1K waterborne rubberized resin with sound-deadening properties and permanent elastic flexibility.
Ordinary factory e-coat primers on underbodies are thin and susceptible to gravel chipping, rainy season standing water, and road chemicals.
Creates a thick, rubberized elastic barrier that absorbs high-velocity impact from flying pebbles on highways without chipping or cracking.
The high-density waterborne resin dampens floor pan metal vibrations, significantly reducing tire hum and road noise inside the cabin.
Hermetically seals bare weld seams, floor joints, and subframe rails against standing rainwater, mud accumulation, and corrosion.
Formulated to remain completely overpaintable with all automotive refinish paint systems for a factory-original aesthetic.
Total studio time: 1 Full Day (5–8 Hours including drying & inspection).
Vehicle is hoisted on hydraulic lifts. The complete undercarriage and wheel arches are washed with 150-bar rotary water jets.
Existing surface oxidation is mechanically wire-brushed and chemically converted with rust converter. Solvents remove oil film.
Exhaust piping, catalytic converter, driveshafts, brake rotors, and electrical harnesses are completely masked with thermal foil.
Using specialized underbody suction-feed spray guns at 4–6 bar, 2–3 cross-coats of HB Body U-100 are applied uniformly.
Masking is removed. The elastic rubber layer cures to a tough textured finish. Full undercarriage thickness and adhesion inspected.
Pricing for underbody coating depends on your vehicle size, current undercarriage condition, and required material volume (liters). Share your car make & model with our master technicians for an instant transparent estimate.
